The new owners Steve Riseley and Aimi Lauder each bring more than 20 years experience in the club and restaurant business both in the UK and abroad. Lauder, who is an accomplished chef, has also used her experience as a qualified interior designer to overhaul the pub's interior.
The pub, which is situation on the corner of Kemerton Road in Camberwell, serves up an "eclectic range" of dishes including Sunday roasts and Lebanese cuisine.
All produce is locally sourced from Smithfield markets and Covent Garden and prices are tailored according to the cost at which they were purchased.
Riseley said: "Aimi and I have been friends for sixteen years and have always worked in similar industries, so we thought it was time combine our expertise and bring something really special to the area.
"The most important thing for us is that we serve top quality food and drink in an environment that our customers want to come back to and we go to great lengths to ensure this happens."
