The pubs, purchased from Mitchells & Butlers are:
The Flask in Highgate Village
The Red Lion in London's West End
The Anglers, on the banks of the Thames in Teddington.
Simon Emeny, Managing Director of Fuller's Inns, said: "I am delighted that we have been able to acquire these three beautiful sites. I have personally admired them all for a long time and am excited by the prospect of adding them to the Fuller's estate.
"The Flask sits in a lovely part of Highgate Village and is famous for its wide selection of cask ales, wines and continental lagers. The building is over 300 years old and we were clearly destined to own it one day, as it claims our famous Chiswick neighbour, the artist William Hogarth, as a former patron.
"The Red Lion is in the heart of London's West End and is a stunning example of a traditional London pub, once voted 'most authentic pub' by CAMRA, with hand-carved mahogany and beautiful etched glass everywhere.
"And The Anglers in Teddington is a lovely big pub set in a fantastic location by the side of the Thames by Teddington Lock and the TV studios. The garden is huge, sits right on the river and has so much potential for outside dining in the summer months."
Completion will take place on February 3 and all three pubs will be operated as Fuller's managed houses.
The purchase brings the total number of pubs in Fuller's estate to 360.
