The finalists are Carl Hammett from The Chandlery,
They will now go head to head in the showpiece final at the Welsh International Culinary Championships at Coleg Liandrillo Cymru, Rhos on Sea on 12 February.
Each chef will face the ultimate test of their skills as they will be expected to devise and cook a four course menu from a mystery black box of ingredients, which they will be shown just the night before the competition.
After the winning chef has been confirmed, he will be asked to reproduce his menu for 120 guests at a presentation dinner to be held at The Imperial Hotel in Llandudno on 1 May.
The competition is organised by the Welsh Culinary Association (WSA) and sponsored by the Welsh Assembly Government and Hybu Cig Cymru/Meat Promotion Wales.
