More than 4,000 employees have the chance to play the monthly 'Big Prize Draw' by contributing as little as £1 per week to try and win 50% of all contributions – with the rest going directly to Hospitality Action.
To date, winners have taken home at least £500 and the prize fund is set to grow beyond £700.
Monique Hubbard, human resources manager at 3663, said: "The Big Prize Draw is a fantastic self-funded scheme that the entire business can get behind to support Hospitality Action, and even take home a little extra too! So far, we've had a great cross section of winners throughout the company including telesales and drivers.
"What's more, the initiative has really helped to raise the profile of Hospitality Action throughout the company; it's encouraging employees to get involved in their own fundraising schemes to help this important charity.
"We've recently confirmed that the cash prizes will not be taxed, so winners can take home even more. The more employees that take part the bigger the prize, so we want everyone to get involved. If just over 10 per cent of our employees sign up, a lucky member of staff could win £1,000."
Hospitality Action's chief executive Penny Moore concluded: "We're so happy that long-term supporter 3663 has launched this scheme to benefit the thousands of people from the hospitality and catering industry who need our help. The Big Prize Draw is turning out to be a real success and we hope that more businesses will be keen to adopt this attractive initiative in the future."
3663 has supported Hospitality Action as its nominated charity since 2002, and over the past nine years has helped to raise more than £800,000 to improve the lives of people within the hospitality and catering industry.
