The freeholds are held in a new company, Bricks and Fuel Ltd, which has the same shareholders as Food and Fuel.
Food and Fuel owns eight gastropubs and two café bars, all in London.
The freeholds purchased are Lots Road Pub and Dining Room in Lots Road, Chelsea, The Sporting Page, also in Chelsea, The Prince of Wales in Battersea and the Queens Arms in Westminster.
Commenting on the purchase, Karen Jones, Food and Fuel's chairman, said: "We are delighted to have bought these high-quality London freeholds. It provides a secure base for the future expansion of Food and Fuel'."
