The launch of the accommodation in the "critically acclaimed restaurant" and pub, which nestles in the countryside of the Brecon Beacons National Park, will be chef-proprietor Stephen Terry's first accommodation venture.
The Hardwick, which is described as being "known for its mighty reputation as an outstanding place to eat and drink" has now been expanded to create the space for visitors to stay too. The result, says the company, is a "gastronomic hideaway in the heart of Wales' lush verdant Hills."
The accommodation is described as a perfect blend with the restaurants "simply and honest" and "naturally elegant" philosophy. The remodeled building, though contemporary, is described as being "thoroughly sympathetic to its tranquil countryside setting" and Welsh identity.
Within The Hardwick's oak-clad building, eight contemporary double bedrooms feature handcrafted oak doors, desks and shutters along with Welsh slate floors.
The new accommodation also features "luxurious" en-suite bathrooms, "crisp" white sheets and modern extras including a HD TV, Wi-Fi and a Roberts DAB Radio with iPod and iPhone connections.
Each bedroom also contains a mini bar containing bottled water, half bottles of wine and champagne, milk and truffles by chocolatier Damian Allsop.
