Flavour Infusion

With demand for fresh, healthy Mediterranean cuisine growing at a rapid rate and with the popularity of Italian Food growing by 7% year on year in the UK1, caterers can benefit from offering an Italian flavour to menu offerings.

What's more, celebrity chefs are upping the ante by using more premium and unusual ingredients, so chefs are under mounting pressure to deliver the goods for a more sophisticated palate.

With glass bottles rarely being acceptable in kitchens Prep Premium is the first brand to bring to the market a 1 litre PET Catering Pack which offers an ideal back of house solution. The packaging features a non drip drizzle cap and is extremely light whilst being strong and durable and offers the advantage of being 100% recyclable.

Available in flavours typically used in Mediterranean cuisine, Garlic, Basil, Chilli and Lemon, the oils are created using a unique infusion process combining premium quality olive oil with 100% fresh ingredients, rather than synthetic flavourings.

The authentic flavour of the oils lends it self to a variety of dishes that mean even the chefs with modest cooking skills can be sure to rustle up a tasty dish that 'Mama' would be proud of.

Under Starters Orders

To add a bit of pizzazz to a classic Italian antipasti try serving Prep Premium Infused Oils with a selection of baked ciabatta, olives, marinated artichokes and more and watch mouths start to water.

Alternatively, try brushing thick slices of baguette with the Garlic infused oil before charring on a griddle for tasty garlic bread.

Alternatively, combine the Garlic and Chilli Oil with Prawns and offer something more that Prawn Cocktail.

Simple Mains
Combine cooked pasta, olives, tomatoes and mozzarella with the Basil infused oil for a delicious pasta dish.
