FishWorks hits the West End

FishWorks, a 90-cover restaurant and bar, has recently opened its doors to the public in the West End.

The eatery, situated on Swallow Street, has a contemporary, light interior with large windows running the length of the restaurant. Features include washed timber panels and exposed brickwork.

 

Fresh fish and shellfish can be bought direct from the wet fish counter and made to order fried fish can be taken away.

 

The menu features dishes including sea bass with rosemary, dressed Devon crab, Port Lincoln prawns and the signature Zuppa del Pescatore – a stew of fresh fish, shellfish, thyme and saffron.
