YO! Sushi restaurants serve 2.5 million customers each year with:

15 million plates of sushi (enough to stretch from London to Moscow).

320 tonnes of sashimi grade fresh fish.

82,500 litres of Soy Sauce.

96 kilometres squared of seaweed (equalling an area the size of Portugal).

YO! Sushi uses the same fish supplier (H Forman & Son) as London's best fine dining restaurants.

There are over 100 YO! Sushi dishes of which 40% are non seafood.

35% of all YO! Sushi dishes are hot.

All dishes are priced between £1.70 and £5, the plates on which the food is served are all colour coded according to price.

Food is freshly prepared each day in full public view within the open kitchens and remains on display on the conveyer belt for a maximum of two hours.

YO! Sushi can be found in prestigious shopping locations including: Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

YO! Sushi is also popular in commuter sites such as Paddington train station, Gatwick airport and Heathrow T3.
