FOURTH HOSPITALITY EXPANDS WITH STAR LOGIC ACQUISITION

The back office system provider Fourth Hospitality edges forward its plans to provide a complete back office solution to the hospitality market with the acquisition of menu and recipe management solutions company Star Logic.

Fourth Hospitality is hoping the move will help develop opportunities in the global markets and help target the important US market.

Star Logic founder Stuart Wilson, who remains at the helm of the company said: 'This acquisition provides star logic with all tools we need to accelerate our ambitious development plans. Customers will soon benefit from increased functionality, tighter integration to trade simple and fnb manager and a total joined-up solution that removes the need for using disparate systems."
