The pub came on the market after the owners Gary and Alison Toms decided to retire after 13 years at the helm and it was purchased through licensed property agents Bettesworths for Enterprise.
The inn fronts the village road and benefits from a small trade garden and good size car park. Internally, the trade area is split into three main areas "full of character".
Matt Bettesworth says: "The pub is listed in several guides and it is a former Cornish winner in the South West Tourism Awards. It has always been a popular venue for local people as well as the thousands of tourists to this special corner of the county."
The pub features a bar and restaurant catering for 84 customers. There's also a well equipped commercial kitchen and an attractive two bedroom owners' accommodation.
