

The establishment, which is part of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), comprises four boardroom style meeting rooms as well as four flexible meeting spaces including a large venue area that can be divided into four individual rooms.
Eden Caters, who provide catering for up to 500 clients in the capital, offer all corporate workers a selection of dishes on the menu – from platters of sandwiches, finger buffet, salads, cakes and fruit, to a hot fork buffet which consists of a starter, hot main courses, salads and desserts.
The catering company, which changes its menu seasonally, prides itself on serving locally sourced, homemade food. It is a corporate organisation which caters for businesses including banks, Government bodies, lawyers and training centres. There are 25 workers within the

Prices for sandwiches range from £2.40 to £3.15. The selection includes Sliced Egg & Tomato, Gammon Ham & Mustard, Smoked Salmon, Tuna Sweetcorn and Courgette and Sweet Potato.
Those looking for a breakfast meeting will have the choice of two set breakfast menus. The power breakfast comprises One Muesli with Berry Coulis, One Cookie and One Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice – priced at £3.75 per person, and the continental breakfast is made up of One Croissant & Butter, One Danish, One Fruit Portion and One Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice – for £5.40 per person.
And for those looking for a hot bowl meal, dishes include Fish Cakes (£8.75), Lasagne Bolognese (£8.65), and Javanese Chicken & Rice (£8.85 per person).
Drinks on offer include Chardonnay 2003, Sibarita's Selection, Cono Sur (£8.00), Macon Mancey Rouge (£9.90), and Brut Tradition from Robert Desbrosse (£16.85)
Nick Mead, from Eden Caters, commented on the new events space his team is now catering for: "This venue is completely sustainable, user-friendly and viable in every way. It has a fully operational kitchen for our caterers to work in so we don't have to bring equipment with us."
