The garden features an Eden Bar, serving fruit cocktails created by The Brickhouse's mixologists and using all the pressed and squeezed juices from the eager range.
The range includes apple bite, mixed with apple juice, cinnamon and vodka, and the apple & mango based serpentine.
The outdoor roof space will also be available for cabaret and comic acts.
The garden area will be open from Thursday 19 June.
The Brickhouse, housed in the 18th Century Old Truman Brewery in London, has recently been given a radical new look by designers Tread by Kassan.
