Located in the newly developed Park Pavilion in Canary Wharf, the parlour is a 6,692 square foot, ground floor destination bar and kitchen with a capacity of 650, including over 300 covers.
Designed by Fusion Design and Architecture Ltd, key features of the ventures includes the main restaurant with long party tables and removable intimate circular booths, a cocktail lounge, a wine room, a mezzanine for private events and large alfresco terrace that leads onto Canada Square Park.
The parlour will offer a range of cocktails, wines and beers, alongside an all-day food menu, from breakfast to dinner with a focus on provenance and seasonality.
Premium spirits, a great range of beers and 'skinny' cocktails sit alongside a champagne and international wine list with over 40 vintages available by the glass.
The all day menu offers treats including fried calamari with spicy anchovy mayonnaise; chicken breast stuffed with mascarpone and wild mushrooms, wrapped in crispy pancetta with herbed potatoes and blistered cherry tomatoes; or fresh fish and chips wrapped in newspaper with home made tartare sauce, served on a wooden board with a fat lime wedge.
Jillian MacLean, managing director, Drake & Morgan commented: "Drake & Morgan's philosophy is to continue to provide contemporary customer-focused bars that deliver on cutting-edge design, technology and operating systems as well as quality food and innovative drinks.
"It's fantastic that we can bring the parlour to Canary Wharf, which is a vibrant and cosmopolitan area for professionals and locals alike."
