Dog friendly restaurant and pub iPhone app launched

9th August 2010, 12:40pm

An iPhone app that enables consumers to see which restaurants, pubs and hotels allow dogs has launched.

The Dog Friendly app lists more than 10,000 places and can be downloaded for £1.79.

Steve Bennett, co-founder of Dog Friendly said: "As a dog owner myself, I know how frustrating it can be when you can't find anywhere to go that will allow your dog in as well. This iPhone app has long been an ambition of mine and I am glad that we are now able to launch it and help bring together the country's dog owners and the very many dog friendly businesses that are out there."
