The Cornish Sea Salt Co – Will be the first British company to produce a sea salt in close proximity to the ocean. It will be the second British Sea Salt to be launched in 125 years.
Flavours of
Odysea – selling cured loose Organic Kalamata Olives. This is one of only a handle of Greek groves to use traditional methods of hand selection to harvest their olives which are produced without the use of chemical fertilisers and pesticides.
Golden Oils Ltd – Offering a range of nut and seed oil blends suitable for garnishing salads and hot dishes.

Passion Shed – Will be exhibiting its new range of sweet and savoury snacks by culinary capitals such as
Founders Brian Cardy and Sarah James, Lily Barlow and Richard Millington created five flavours using extra virgin olive oil,
Thursday Cottage – Launching a new range of organic English preserves and marmalades featuring seasonal fruit such as Damson, Greengage and Quince.
Mondo Berry Ltd – The first company in the
Quai Sud – Introducing a new product 'Organic Blueberry Hibiscus Sugar' made using non-refined sugar from
Pudding Lane – Launching its new Chocolate and Orange Log and Chocolate Rum and Raisin Pudding Log.
Emeyu – Offering a variety of tea accessories including contemporary teapots with built in filters which are easily cleaned and blend into the styling of most interiors. The company is also available to offer training, tea menu designs and point of sale display.
Sympathy Teas – Unveiling a new tea as a result of a competition being held within their tasting club. The challenge for members is to come up with a new blend. Members are currently in the process of submitting their ideas before voting takes place and the top three are chosen for tasting. The winning tea will be available to sample and purchase at the show.
BlueConcept Ltd – Launching 'Wild Blueberries 100%' – made from 100% wild Swedish blueberries pressed in a juice.
RDA Organic – Sampling its range of 'fresh functional superfruit' drinks. The fruits are high in antioxidants and polyphenols. The flavours in the range are fresh acai berry and blackcurrant and fresh pomegranate and blueberry. These drinks also contain a special variety of organic apple.
HipLife – Sampling its new range of three sauces – HipLife Hot Sauce, HipLife Mild Sauce and HipLife Pepperless Sauce.
Jules and Sharpie – Offering two new products – hot fruit salad jam and hot rhubarb and ginger jam, both made using hot scotch bonnet chilli.
