The move forms part of the group's strategy to consolidate its portfolio and expand into other regions.
The sites that have been put on the market are a 2,400 sq ft site on Haymarket, one of central London's busiest thoroughfares, a 2,000 sq ft site in Stroud Green, north London, and a 2,500 sq ft site in Richmond, Surrey.
Established in 2000, Miso operates ten sites across London and the South East, including Hoxton, Islington, Bromley, and Beckenham in Kent.
DCL's Jonathan Moradoff who handles the disposal, said: "We're delighted to have been instructed by Miso on the sale of these sites. They are fully fitted and in varied locations from West End hotspot Haymarket to affluent suburb Richmond, providing a good opportunity for a range of different operators who are looking to increase their portfolio."
The sites will be marketed individually and premium offers are invited.
