Acting for the brand, Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL) has secured the remaining term on the lease for The Flea Pit, a bar/café on Columbia Road in East London.
The Terroir's first outlet on Trafalgar Square is known to have one of London's best wine lists with 32 pages of French, Spanish and Italian wines, ciders and eaux de vies.
The menu of tapas-size French food is devised by head chef Ed Wilson, who has worked with the likes of the Galvin brothers and Henry Harris.
Rob Meadows of DCL, who handled the acquisition for Terroir, said: "This was a strategic acquisition in one of London's famous market streets. Columbia Road has an unrivalled reputation for influential boutiques and creative ideas.
"The area is on the circuit for those interested in discovering exceptional quality and authentic experiences and the team behind Terroir will add to and thrive in this environment."
