DCL sells Young's pub

Young & Co Brewery has sold one of its leasehold public houses in Euston, North London, for an undisclosed sum.

The Square Tavern on Tomlers Square was disposed to a multiple operator through property agent David Coffer Lyons (DCL).

In addition, DCL has sold the freehold of a public house in the Liverpool suburb Huyton. Acting on behalf of London Town, DCL sold the former managed house to a local multiple pub and club operator for around £1 million.
