Acting on behalf of the brand, Davis Coffer Lyons sold their leasehold interest in Oriel Hall on Oriel Place to Melrose and Morgan, the grocery shop and kitchen concept.
Bagel Street, which serves "the best bagels on this side of the Atlantic" according to the Independent newspaper, opened its first outlet at Heathrow Terminal 3 in 1999.
The disposal leaves the brand with a five-strong portfolio, trading from three sites at Heathrow airport, London Bridge and the Southbank.
Melrose and Morgan currently operates from an outlet on Gloucester Avenue in nearby Primrose Hill where they specialise in offering fresh, seasonal produce and grocery items, as well as their own range of freshly prepared foods to take home.
Their new store in Hampstead will follow a similar format and is due to open in May.
