The concept, which currently operates a restaurant in Leadenhall Market, has taken a 4,000 sq ft site on Gresham Street, close to St Paul's Cathedral, on a new 25-year lease.
Headed by Simon Binder, founder of Café Med, Luc's Brasserie offers a mixed menu of classic French brasserie dishes and more modern creations.
The new site is arranged over basement, ground and first floor with the main dining room on the ground floor, and an additional smaller dining area on the first floor with high ceilings overlooking Gresham Street.
Leisure property agent Davis Coffer Lyons acted for private landlord Globalearn in the letting of the site to Luc's Brasserie. Acting agent Josh Leon of DCL said: "The space is on several floors and quite quirky but works well for Binder's brand which requires space with some character."
