Renaissance has completely renovated the Victorian coaching inn, and The Rosendale now features a 65-cover dining room, a 50-cover main bar and fully transformed gardens. The first floor houses two private dining rooms.
The fully refurbished 4,500 square foot site is a collaboration between Tom Peake of Renaissance Pubs and Concorde BGW.
Chris Bickle, Davis Coffer Lyons who advised Renaissance on the acquisition, said: "Renaissance has totally transformed the premises into a very fine-looking local public house with a great garden, which will serve hearty, seasonal food, fine wines and cask ales."
