Revolution's 58 nationwide venues also offer bar food via the group's Love Food Menu.
With a period of just eight weeks from enquiry to go-live date, DBC had to menu-match the group's range of high quality products and set up new supply chains from a series of bespoke suppliers.
Popular dishes on the Love Food Menu include mains such as Tuscan chicken, grilled 8oz Lakeland steak and stone-baked pizzas; sharing plates, pastas and paninis; and desserts such as tiramisu, panettone and chocolate cupcakes.
Neil McLeod, development director at Revolution's parent company Inventive Leisure, said: "Moving to sole supply has provided us with huge savings both financially and operationally. In addition to the competitive pricing, the level of support offered was key. We have been genuinely impressed with the short lines of communications to senior management."
