The Chinese Cricket Club will complement the hotel's existing hospitality offering.
Taking on the role of head chef will be Brendan Speed, who launched and ran Zuma Istanbul.
Dishes on the menu will include crispy orange beef; fried perch with garlic chives; orange rib of beef and silken tofu with broad bean paste as well as cornfed chicken and corn soup; twice cooked pork and crispy chilli beef.
The menu also features a choice of dim sum including black cod gow gee, club lobster dumpling and honey glazed pork puff.
The restaurant is named in honour of the newly formed Chinese National Cricket team, who this year played their first international match. The title also commemorates the recent translation of the Laws of Cricket into Mandarin by the Asian Cricket Council.
