Cooking Ranges

23rd February 2009, 3:18pm

Keep your equipment looking good for longer

As the pulse of your kitchen, it is necessary for all cooking ranges, whether heavy or light duty, to be kept in excellent condition. Chiller Box, a leading supplier in catering equipment and maintenance contracts, recognises that most cooking ranges are built for durability. However, there are many ways to extend the longevity of what is probably your most important investment in the kitchen.

Cleanliness is a must and, if you want your equipment to keep up with the demands of the kitchen, deep cleaning on a regular basis is required. Tin foil is great for catching drips from gas burners and any spills should be mopped up immediately. Planned Preventative Maintenance Contracts can also be considered a worthwhile investment, reducing costly repairs, limiting the risk of downtime and the need for product replacements.
