Cooking Liqueurs Add Real Flavour

Gourmet Classic has enhanced its range of alcoholic cooking ingredients with the launch of a new selection of liqueurs.

Featuring the most popular and versatile flavours to add value to a range of savoury and dessert recipes, the new line of cooking liqueurs is said to be "ideal for accentuating the natural flavours of fruit-based signature dishes and savoury sauces".

Gourmet Classic says: "Each 350ml bottle of our Cooking Liqueur is distinctively sweet and prepared by infusing the natural extracts in alcohol.

They have been matured to allow the flavours to develop and the rich colour of each liqueur is derived from its flavouring fruit, herb or flower."

The range includes Creme de Cassis, Creme de Framboise, Orange Liqueur and Amaretto.

• Gourmet Classic introduced cooking wine as a unique category to foodservice sector in 1998.
