The restaurant, which has 140 covers, offers "high quality Lebanese street food".
A large open kitchen next to the service counter allows diners to watch the chefs prepare a wide range of dishes. These include mezze platters, homemade tagines, falafel and sweet delicacies like baklava and rosewater macarons.
There is also a shawarma station offering marinated corn fed chicken or Aberdeen Angus steak carved straight from a vertical rotisserie, served in a wrap with fresh salad, pickles and Middle Eastern bread.
The 02 Centre general manager, Mark Parker, said: "We are delighted that Comptoir Libanais has opened and believe it will be a great addition to the restaurants here."
Other restaurants at The 02 Centre include Yo! Sushi, Fine Burger Company, Zizzi and Zuccato.
