Anise's cocktail masterclasses will guide guests through matching premium spirits with spiced ingredients as well as lessons in pouring skills. The classes, which last around 60-90 minutes and cost £25 per person, are available on 14 September, 12 October, 16 November and 7 December from 6pm onwards.
Meanwhile the cookery masterclasses, hosted by either executive chef Vivek Singh or his accomplished head chefs Hari Nagaraj and Abdul Yaseen, will tackle different aspects of Indian cooking as well as exploring the diverse cuisine of the subcontinent.
Classes on offer include South Indian Food with Hari Nagaraj (12 September), Game with Vivek Singh (17 October), and entertaining for friends and family with Abdul Yaseen (7 November). Classes are £175 per person starting at 10am and finishes around 2pm.
Each masterclass teaches you how to use traditional Indian cooking methods, such as the tandoor, to make a range of dishes.
To finish the day off, guests will be served up a three-course lunch using the dishes created in the class with paired wines.
