Cinnamon Club's sister restaurant set to launch

Property specialists Davis Coffer Lyons has bought a 7,500 sq ft site for the Cinnamon Kitchen, sister restaurant to the Cinnamon Club, in The Western Courtyard of Rockpoint's new development in Devonshire Square.

The new establishment, which is set to open its doors in November, will serve modern Indian cuisine inspired by the same formula as the Westminster outlet but in a more relaxed and accessible setting.

Josh Leon, the acting agent at Davis Coffer Lyons, said: "Given the prestige of the old Westminster Library site, Cinnamon Club's new venture needed another impressive building with some wow-factor but a more contemporary and informal feel than the current site. The Devonshire square development is in a great location and works well for what Cinnamon Kitchen is trying to achieve.
