Christie + Co markets two ventures on behalf of Davy’s

Acting on behalf of wine bar operator Davy’s, property agents Christie + Co is marketing the leasehold interests of the Dock Blida bar in Central London, and Davy’s The Wine Vaults in Croydon.

Located in Croydon's North End in the town's main shopping area, Davy's The Wine Vault is a well-fitted, 3,500sq ft bar and restaurant comprising 90 covers spread across three sections, a 50-cover central bar, a 12-cover private dining room, and a 40-cover function room.

Offers in the region of £28,500 are being sought for the leasehold interest of the unit, which is held on a long free-of-tie lease.

A new 10-year lease is being offered on the Dock Blida at a nil premium with incentive of a three-month rent free period.

Davy's is a family run business, which operates Davy's Wine Bars and Restaurants, as well as several Bar Brasseries and a Wine Merchants. The group currently has over 30 sites mainly across City and Central London locations.
