The shops, which are all currently closed, are located in Blackburn, Brighton, High Wycombe, Reigate, Stockton Heath and Stratford Upon Avon, with three based in London, in Baker Street, Kingston and Victoria.
Prices for the leasehold interests of the eight sites range from £15,000 to £40,000.
Puccino's Limited, which operated around 80 outlets, predominantly in London and the South East, was placed into administration in December last year.
Simon Chaplin, Director at Christie + Co, said: "The UK coffee market is set for further growth over the next few years as coffee culture becomes an increasing part of consumer's lifestyles. These eight sites are situated in high-footfall areas and provide the perfect opportunity for independent operators to enter this exciting market or for local operators to further expand their estates."
