Christie + Co markets London Carlton Hotel

Property agents Christie + Co has been instructed to market the freehold interest of the London Carlton Hotel in London's Maida Vale, with offers in the region of £8.5 million sought.

The five-storey property comprises 22 serviced apartments along with 15 garages to the rear.

David Creamore, director at Christie + Co, said: "Rarely does the opportunity to acquire a freehold property containing 22 self-contained apartments come to the market, especially in central London.
