25th March 2008, 10:28am

FoodLoversBritain.com has teamed up with The Real Food Festival to launch the Cherry Aid campaign – taking place at London's Earl's Court on 24 April.

Supported by come of the country's top chefs, Cherry Aid will bring together British consumers, cherry growers and producers of cherries in the battle to save them from extinction.

Philip Lowery, director of the Real Food Festival commented: "Food lovers are what we are all about, so naturally we are delighted to welcome FoodLoversBritain.com and its leading lady, Henrietta Green. Nobody personifies better our philosophy of standing up for small, dedicated and passionate producers of British food."
