The line up of local chefs who will be giving cookery demonstrations at the Derbyshire Food & Drink Fair include Max Fisher, chef and owner of Baslow Hall, Denise Tollyfield, head demonstrator of Denby Pottery, Paul Grossland, head chef of Nonna's, Chesterfield, and Dean Crews, head chef of Opulence Restaurant in Derby.
Celebrity chef Brian Turner is also back this year and will be giving cookery demonstrations and tastings, as well as handing out useful tips and advice.
The Derbyshire Food and Drink Fair is sponsored by Amber Valley Borough Council and The Midlands Co-operative Society.
The Derbyshire fair is in its ninth year.
