Nadra has moved away from the purely pescetarian dishes to featuring British, European and Asian ingredients.
The a la carte menu offers starters including a lasagnette of calf sweetbreads, foie gras and wild mushrooms with a truffle veal jus; ham hock ravioli with chicken broth, ginger, chilli, spring onions, pak choi and coriander cress; or hand dived scallops and Scottish salmon marinated in lime juice, chilli and red onions.
Mains up for grabs include pork three ways with Tamworth pork tenderloin and choucroute, slow roast belly and mashed potatoes, cheeks and tagliolini roasted cod with sautéed squid, olive oil mashed potatoes, chorizo picante, pipérade and gremolata; and roast saddle of venison, with venison haunch, savoy cabbage and gruyere and Alsace bacon potato gratin.
Meanwhile the tasting menu, which is priced at £42 per person for six courses, features dishes such as seared yellowfin tuna with soft shell crab tempura, king prawn dumpling and oriental salad; terrine of pork, foie gras, chicken, wood pigeon and rabbit with walnuts and celeriac remoulade; halibut with brown shrimps, crushed new potatoes, Jerusalem artichoke, leeks and black truffles and an assiette of desserts.
A Prix Fixe Menu, costing £13.50 for two courses and £16 for three, is also on offer.
