Celebrated chef to open The Restaurant Show this year

The acclaimed chef has been chosen for his "influential and highly respected expertise" to open the three-day event which starts on 11th October at Earls Court 2.

In addition to Roux, this years Centre Stage will feature a long line-up of celebrated chefs who will be participating in demonstrations in the arena. Among them are Chris and Jeff Galvin of Galvin Restaurants, Jun Tanaka of Pearl Restaurant and Vivek Singh of The Cinnamon Club.

The organisers of the event, which is currently in its 22nd year, are promising that the show will be "bigger and better than ever before".
