*Brochure - Produce a professional and slick looking brochure for functions – many restaurants don't, so you'll immediately stand out from the crowd. Make a PDF version that can be emailed. The brochure should contain images, menus, reviews and contact details including a map
*Website – Make sure that the content from the brochure is on a special page on your website including photos.
*Search Engine Optimization – make sure your site is optimized for Function related keywords and search terms
*Local Businesses – approach the biggest local business. Find out who are the key people to speak to and invite them for some complimentary drinks at the bar. Then show them around and wow them!
*Local Sports Teams / clubs / societies – as above. Find out if they have annual or regular events.
