CORDON BLEU STUDENTS TO SHOWCASE TALENTS WITH AFTERNOON TEA PARTIES

21st June 2010, 2:41pm

Internationally celebrated culinary school Le Cordon Bleu will be showcasing the creativity and talent of its diploma students when it hosts a series of afternoon tea parties to the public starting next month.

The parties will take place on 27th July and Wednesday 25th August at 108 Marylebone Lane Restaurant & Bar from 3.30pm until 5.30pm with a further party planned for November.

Guests are asked to pay £9.95 per person for an afternoon tea and can expect to receive cakes, freshly baked scones with homemade jam and clotted cream, and a selection of teas and coffees.

Le Cordon Bleu, who describe themselves as international leaders in gastronomy, management and hospitality, use their Master Chefs to teach their acadamy students classic French cuisine, patisserie and modern International culinary techniques and say a diploma acquired at Le Cordon Bleu is recognised worldwide by culinary professionals.
