CAMRA launches new edition of Cellarmanship

CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, has launched the new edition of Cellarmanship, a title detailing all you need to know about running a good pub cellar.

Authored by CAMRA's Patrick O'Neill, the 5th edition of the CAMRA publication contains essential advice for anyone training to work in a pub cellar, planning a beer festival or serving real ale at a celebration.

The booklet features technical advice, complete with more than 30 informative illustrations and diagrams, a comprehensive list of cellar equipment suppliers across the country and a 'Quick practical fault finder'.
 
Patrick O'Neill, Cellarmanship author, said: "The new edition of Cellarmanship takes into consideration modern innovations in the beer and pub industry, and we've kept abreast of these new developments. But the art of looking after beer is timeless, and I hope this new edition proves a useful guide."
