The main theme of this year's celebrations will be 'Try Before You Buy', with Cask Marque's 7,500 accredited licensees across Britain having signed up to support the initiative.
The scheme hopes to introduce consumers to the 5,500 beers now in regular production, and served in local pubs nationwide.
As part of its support for the week, CAMRA's 200+ branches across the country will be supplying local pubs with free marketing material and promotional information to raise the profile of real ale to new drinkers.
Some of the promotions to encourage new drinkers to real ale which will take place during National Cask Ale Week include Real Ale Passport Scheme, Head Brewer Tasting, Beer Festivals and Third Pint Measures.
And to coincide with this, Cask Marque is launching the new Ale Trail section of its mobile app in a bid to offer consumers the chance to lead the 'World's Biggest Ale Trail'.
