CAMRA Great British Beer Festival kicks off this week

CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, has announced that over 1000 different beers will be exhibiting from Britain and across the world at this year's Great British Beer Festival (2-6 August).

CAMRA this year will showcase over 300 brewers from across Britain – representing over a third of all brewers across the country – as well as brewers from as far afield as Japan, Singapore, Nigeria, Norway, USA, and New Zealand.

Entertainment will include live music line up, a range of catering options including traditional pub snacks, a host of classic pub games, and the chance to join a beer expert on a tutored tasting.
 
In addition, the Champion Beer of Britain finals will take place at the festival on Tuesday August 2nd.
