The pubs, spread across Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, Shropshire, Cheshire, Nottinghamshire and the West Midlands are serving a specially brewed real ale until Monday June 29.
Ten pence from the sale of each pint of Fools Gold, brewed exclusively for the pubs by Leicestershire-based Shardlow Brewery, will go directly to Wetherspoon's chosen charity, CLIC Sargent, which helps children with cancer and their families.
The beer, which has an abv (alcohol by volume) of 4.5%, is described as a smooth golden ale.
Wetherspoon area manager Paul Draper, who is behind the fundraising initiative, said: "Real ale is extremely popular at Wetherspoon pubs and I am sure that our customers will enjoy the opportunity to try a new beer and support an excellent charity too."
