The winner of the Best Rural Garden was Jude Bishop of The Rising Sun in Witheridge Hill near Henley-on-Thames, who won a new barbecue and garden centre vouchers.
And the Best Urban Display title went to Melanie Robertson at The Saracen's Head, also in Henley. She has won dinner for two in a top Oxford restaurant, with a chauffeur service.
Tom Davies, Brakspear Pub Company commercial director, said: "Pub gardens and Pimms are two of the quintessential elements of an English summer and, while the weather may have let us down this year, the gardening flair and commitment of our tenants continues to impress.
"Choosing two winners from the many beautiful and lovingly-tended outdoor spaces in our estate was a challenge, and Jude and Melanie are to be commended for their exceptional efforts."
To enter the competition, tenants had to show not only an impressive pub garden or floral display, but also demonstrate creative use of the Pimms point-of-sale materials supplied.
