A hundred guests enjoyed a private dining experience customarily reserved for the club's select members at Mosimann's Private Members Dining Club in Belgravia, London.
The evening was a tremendous success, raising just over £13,000 for the industry charity.
Guests included Hospitality Action patron Sir Gary Hawkes CBE, Cyrus Todiwala Proprietor and Executive Chef of the Café Spice Namasté restaurant and well known chef Anton Edelmann.
There was entertainment in the forms of a lively auction and a raffle with exclusive prizes of a meal at Michel Roux's Waterside Inn and a weekend stay at The Dorchester, London.
Hospitality Action CEO Penny Moore said "It is thanks to the enthusiastic support of people such as Anton Mosimann that we are able to help those in need. The £13,000 raised this evening will ensure our beneficiaries are lent a helping hand when they need it most."
