An evening with Marco Pierre White in aid of Hospitality Action

21st September 2010, 8:17am

Unilever Foodsolutions is holding an evening of fine dining with the renowned Marco Pierre White to raise money for industry charity, Hospitality Action, on 2 November.

The celebrated chef will unravel the secrets of Michelin star cooking in a masterclass where he will present three dishes.

Tracey Rogers, managing director, Unilever Foodsolutions, commented: "Hospitality Action raises awareness of key issues that can often be forgotten and does a fantastic job to help those in our industry that have fallen on hard times.

"Like Unilever Foodsolutions, Marco has supported the charity for many years, so we thought we'd join forces and help to raise as much money as possible. We are delighted to be offering our support for what promises to be a fantastic evening."

Penny Moore, chief executive, Hospitality Action, added: "We are incredibly excited about the masterclass and dinner. The food looks set to be outstanding and everyone is guaranteed to be entertained and inspired by Marco's charisma and creativity. We can't thank Unilever Foodsolutions enough for creating such a one-off event."

The event will take place at Unilever Foodsolutions' KNORR's kitchen, in Leatherhead, Surrey. The evening will begin at 6pm with a champagne reception.

Tickets are priced at £200 each with all proceeds going to Hospitality Action.
