17th March 2008, 3:49pm

Celebrity chef Aldo Zilli is set to open a duo of restaurants in Brighton – starting with ‘Zilli’s Café’ which is opening its doors tomorrow (18 March).

Zilli's 30-cover deli-style café , located in Brighton's new destination hotel, 'myhotel', will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Italian fast food such as homemade pasta, aubergine parmigiana and Bolognese will be displayed on the menu.

Following the arrival of Zilli's Café, May will see the official launch of myhotel and the opening of 'Zilli's', a 120-cover restaurant offering locally sourced, sustainable, seasonal and organic produce.

Zilli will be joined by a host of celebrity chefs who are also opening venues in the tourist hotspot including Antonio Caluccio, who already owns a restaurant on Jubilee Street, and Jamie Oliver, who is opening his first Brighton eatery in November.
