Alaska Seafood Challenge

Three chefs will be vying to win the Alaska Seafood Challenge at M&J Seafood's innovation centre in London on Monday, February 15.

The finalists are: Robert Stordy, chef lecturer at the University of Derby, who will be preparing roast Alaska salmon supreme; Neil Snowball, junior sous chef at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge's, preparing braised Alaska Pacific pollack; and Sudha Shankar Saha, executive chef at Midlands restaurant Saffron Blue Restaurant, preparing pan fried Alaska salmon.

• The winner of the Alaska Seafood Challenge will get the chance to cook their winning dish at Hotelympia on March 1
