Abode Hotels launch baby brand

15th April 2009, 9:05am

The award winning Abode Hotel group, home to two Michelin-star chef Michael Caines, is set to launch a townhouse hotel brand, Baby Abode.

The very first Baby Abode, launching early May this year is Sydney House (Sydney Street, Chelsea, London).

Situated minutes from the prestigious King's Road, set in a grade II listed building, Baby Abode, Sydney House will be a high-end bed and breakfast boutique townhouse.

Nick Halliday, Managing Director, Abode Hotels said: "The infrastructure of Abode Hotels is now well placed to support the launch of our sub-brand Baby Abode. These are commercially exciting propositions and give us the opportunity to exploit those chic avenues positioned just off centre. Ideal venues for those who value the calm of staying in such leafy neighborhoods whilst being minutes from the buzz of the city centre."

The Abode group is a growing collection of lifestyle hotels and is the creation of hotelier Andrew Brownsword in partnership with two Michelin starred chef Michael Caines.

There are currently four Abode hotels in Exeter, Glasgow, Canterbury and Manchester with the launch of Abode Chester next February and a development in Salisbury beyond that.
