Callow Hall
Acquired by von Essen hotels in 2008 the hotel currently has 16 bedrooms. Plans have been developed to add a Spa facility and a further four garden suites whilst a complete refurbishment of the hotel is in course. The Spa will include a pool, changing facilities, treatment rooms, a sauna and steam room along with a gymnasium and studio.
Congham Hall
Congham Hall is a Georgian manor house set in acres of parkland and gardens in Norfolk and currently has 14 bedrooms. An additional 12 bedrooms are to be added along with an enlarged dining room and function room with a second dining experience; a new brasserie is also being added. The entire hotel will be refurbished and the new bedrooms will be located around an attractive courtyard and the current barns will be converted to include new leisure facilities including a Spa and gymnasium.

The Greenway
Following the completion of a full refurbishment programme of all the bedrooms and public areas in the main house during 2008 work has just started to extend the ground floor of the Coach House to incorporate three treatment rooms, a pool, steam and sauna, changing rooms, a brasserie and gymnasium.
Homewood Park
Set in acres of parklands and gardens on the edge of the Limpley Stoke Valley, Homewood Park has recently been completely refurbished. It has now entered its second stage of redevelopment with the building of two garden suites which will take the rooms to 21 in total. A Spa facility will also be added adjacent to the outdoor swimming pool. The Spa facility will include an indoor/outdoor pool, a sauna, a steam and treatment rooms and changing rooms.
Lower Slaughter Spa
Situated in the village of Lower Slaughter, Gloucestershire at the rear of Washbourne Court Hotel and walking distance from Lower Slaughter Manor Hotel, this will become a destination Spa. The stand alone facility will include an indoor pool, hydro pool, herbal Spa, steam rooms, experience shower, changing facilities, gymnasium, four treatment rooms with a relaxation area, outdoor hot tub, reception and extensive retail lifestyle experience area and parking.
The Mount Somerset
The refurbishment of the main house and current bedrooms has commenced and work has started on an additional eight bedrooms increasing the total to 19 bedrooms. There will also be a Spa with treatment rooms, a hot tub and gymnasium.
Woolley Grange
Part of the collection of Luxury Family hotels, Woolley Grange in Wiltshire celebrates its 21st year this year. The hotel offers 26 bedrooms. A new Spa facility is currently being built within the hotel's walled garden following approval from English heritage.
