For one week only, customers at Roux at Parliament Square, which is a collaboration between the Michelin-starred chef and Restaurant Associates, will dine among the mirrors.
Each of the mirrors at the Westminster restaurant will be available to buy at the Ronald Phillips gallery from 9 to 29 June in what is expected to be the largest selling exhibition of its kind.
Michel Roux Jr said: "These beautiful pieces are hundreds of years old, so it's amazing to think of all the things they may have seen over the years and it's great to see them on show here, reflecting the long history of the RICS building, home to Roux at Parliament Square."
Simon Phillips, chairman and owner of Ronald Phillips, added: "We wanted to put the mirrors somewhere unexpected in the run up to the exhibition launch - in a place where people could enjoy them as they go about their day to day business.
"Like the mirrors, the RICS building is entrenched in history, so when Roux at Parliament Square was suggested - it felt like the perfect fit."
Part of the final sale price of the mirrors, on show at the restaurant, will be donated to Michel Roux Jr's favourite charity, VICTA, an organisation which supports the families of blind and partially sighted children.
